&lt;p&gt;In addition to the above (well, we don't use SCRUM, we have weekly timeboxes / reviews)... We've found it useful to have an internal (at least within our team) non-official forums system (see www.yetanotherforum.net) for day-to-day tracking of notes, keys, code examples, technology notes, backup policies, and of course, an &amp;quot;Off Topic&amp;quot; section for amusements (which is a sneaky trap to encourage people to use the forums).&lt;/p&gt;
